La Monacesca Verdicchio is a complex, full-bodied wine with aromas of citrus, anise, honeysuckle and green walnuts. Striking acidity and a luscious mouth-feel give this wine a rich, opulent tone, making it a great match for cheese, nuts, cured meats and fish.
Robiola is a s square-shaped cheese, made with both cow and sheep's milk. It has a soft, bloomy rind. The texture is delightfully rich and the flavor is milky and mushroomy.
